Mastery learning: implications for nursing
Mastery learning is a concept that has been around for over 40 years, but is currently making its application into both the nursing and adult learner world (Cooperman, 2011). This paper gives insight to mastery learning and its application to the adult learner, specifically in the nursing education realm. Utilizing such areas of technology as simulation, students will be able to practice their skills and feel confident in them prior to patient care. Instructors can combat the application barrier by utilizing different techniques during delivery of content. Such national problems as nursing and nursing educator shortages have proven to be a barrier to effective application of the mastery learning concept. There are advantages and disadvantages alike to this learning mastery with implementation for the student and teacher.

Effect of humanistic principles based active-collaborative supervision on teachers' competence
One of the most prioritized programs in Indonesian education is the improvement of education quality. To do so, it is required to improve teachers’ competence in doing their works. The purpose of this research is to investigate the effectiveness of humanistic based active-collaborative supervision in order to improve teachers’ competence. The research design used in this research is pretest posttest experimental design. The sample was 38 teachers which were chosen by using quota random sampling method, while the data was collected by using test, observation, and documentation. The result of data collection was analyzed by using descriptive statistic and t-test. The result showed that humanistic based active-collaborative supervision was very effective in order to improve teachers’ professional competence in carrying out their duties.

Self-injurious behavior in education and implementations for educators
The following paper reviews and discusses Self-Injurious Behavior (SIB) and Non-Suicidal Self-Injury (NSSI) in the educational setting. The main focus of this text is SIB among youth who have significant cognitive and intellectual disables. However, NSSI could not be dismissed due to a large majority of adolescents who engage in non-suicidal self-injury. Furthermore, the text will cover signs, symptoms, diagnosis, treatment, and how to hand self-injurious behavior in a school environment. A significant portion of this text will cover implementations for educators when working with a student who has severe development delays in the school setting.

Managing information and information flows within organs; internal and external communication professional settings
An organization consists of a group of people who work together to achieve a common purpose. It can consist of two people or two million people, and can be structured as a small business or an army, corporation, government or church. An organization is bigger than the individuals and groups that comprise it, but smaller than the society that gives it its context and environment. The work of managers in small and medium-sized enterprises is very information-intensive and the environment in which it is done is very information rich. But are managers able to exploit the wealth of information which surrounds them? And how can information be managed in organizations so that its potential for improving business performance and enhancing the competitiveness of these enterprises can be realized? Answers to these questions lie in clarifying the context of the practice of information management by exploring aspects of organizations and managerial work and in exploring the nature of information at the level of the organization and the individual manager. From these answers it is possible to suggest some guidelines for managing the integration of business strategy and information, the adoption of a broadly-based definition of information and the development of information capabilities. Information sharing is critical to an organization’s competitiveness and requires a free flow of information among members if the organization is to remain competitive.
