Gifted students with learning disabilities: A current review of the literature
Students who are both gifted, and learning disabled, face challenges that most of their peers do not. Their disabilities and their strengths are often overlooked. Teachers may only focus on a student's weakness and fail to see high intelligence, or the giftedness may mask the disability and cause the child to appear average. Even when they are correctly identified, gifted and learning disabled students' social, emotional, and intellectual needs are often overlooked in the effort to remediate their disability. These students must be correctly identified as being gifted and having a learning disability in order for their needs to be adequately met. Effective programming for gifted and learning disabled students also includes social and emotional support, as well as interventions which focus on strengths, rather than weaknesses. These students will meet their potential only when their needs are appropriately met.

The truncated queues with bulk arrivals and hyperexponential service time distribution with reneging
This paper deals with the steady-state solution of the queueing system: MX/Hk /1/N with reneging in which (i) units arrive in batches of random size with the interarrival times of batches following negative exponential distribution, (ii) the batches are served in order of their arrival; and (iii) the service time distribution is hyperexponential with k branches. Recurrence relations connecting the various probabilities introduced are found. Some measures of effectiveness are deduced and some special cases are also obtained.

Value chain and critical success factors for the advertising agency in Turkey's advertising industry
Today, businesses are increasing the importance of competition in terms of advertising. Businesses are admitted advertising market share increases. Advertising is one of the most significant elements of the competitive factors, which most effective way to reach consumers. Businesses come in contact with advertising agencies to advertise, directly or indirectly. Giving ad should be considered as a process. After the selection of the agency carefully planned and programmed process monitoring, it is important for advertisers. Thus, the choice of the appropriate agencies be approached by reducing the failure condition in the selection of advertising agencies. Some of the critical success factors are also important for advertisers appointed in and found successful advertising agencies. On the other hand, many sectors are mobilizing along with many actors playing a role, which is at the forefront of creativity in the advertising industry. This study was aimed to determine the critical success factors in terms of advertising agencies, to reveal the advertising industry value chain analysis in Turkey.

Diabetes is a danger that threatens our kids
This subject is very important in the life time because the people fetcher effect of sick for there, we bottom studied this subject for population in (K. S. A.) design increasing consciousness at the persons in population. Section 1, we discussed the definition of diabetes in children, type of diabetes in children, symptoms, complications of diabetes, methods of treatment in children, the measure glucose decrease in children, reasons for low blood glucose, signs and symptoms of low blood glucose, lower of blood glucose in children during sleep and diabetes prevention. Section 2, we project the result of questionnaire and write the statistical analysis for this subject and summaries on the results and illustration by figure.

Women in the political development of Nigeria: the goodluck Jonathan Presidency
The contributions of women in the socio-political and economic development of women had often been sidelined or totally neglected in the history of Nigeria. It is time for continual advocacy of the role of woman in the transformation of the nation. Only a few communities had projected the political contribution of women their societies in the pre-colonial and colonial period. The port independent period saw little documentation of the political contribution of women in Nigeria. However, the period 2011-2015 witness more women playing key roles in the political equation of the nation. The relevance of the womenfolk has never been more felt during the Jonathan administration. This no doubt could be attributed to the education and empowerment of women. This paper examines the contribution of women through the period to the Jonathan Presidency.

The minimax theorem as Hahn-Banach theorem consequence
The separation concept is essential in convex programming. In particular, the convex sets separation. In this work the Hahn-Banach theorem is presented, with great generality, together with an important separation theorem, its consequence. Then are followed the necessary mathematical steps towards the minimax theorem, an important result in the applications of Game Theory to economics, finance and management.

Social (new) media and the deepening of democracy in Nigeria. (2011-2015)
The complimentary role which the social media performs has increased the level of complexity of Nigerian politics. The increase in information flow, especially at the informal level, has bridged the wide informational gap which existed for a long time between the government and the governed. Nigeria's political history is tainted with several military incursions into governance. This was characterized by the intense emasculation of all informational avenues, especially the press. The aim of this paper is to analyze the roles of the social media in our society. It also seeks to rationalize the need for social media in a democracy and the inherent challenges, as they relate to the Nigerian experience. The paper concludes by taking into cognizance, the weak regulatory framework that should drive access and content generation.

Entrenchment of ethics, transparence and responsibility through the application of ICTs in organisations in Rivers State
The study examined the Entrenchment of Ethics, transparence and Responsibility through the Application of ICTs in Organizations in Rivers State. In light of this, three research questions were designed to guide the study. As a descriptive driven study, 200 employees (the officials) of Stock Exchange Market in Rivers State constituted the population. From this number (200), 90 of them were randomly drawn representing 45% of the sample used for the study. Data collection was conducted using a 20- structured item of questionnaire with a modified 4-likert scale of alterative responses. Reliability test for the instrument was based on the Pearson products movement index which yielded a reliability coefficient of 0.81. All the 90 copies of questionnaire self-administered were all retrieve4, well filed and used for the study. A statistical tools of mean(x) and standard deviation(SD) were adopted as methods of data analysis. Results revealed that computers, E-mail, text message and so on are kinds of ICT tools used in promoting unethical related behaviours; that unethical behaviours/ practices can be promoted using ICTs and that ethical transparent and responsible behaviours/practices in stock exchange market are to be entrenched using ICTs. Recommended by the study are that executive managers and top officials of the stock market should encourage ethical consciousness in their respective operation branches, insist on the use of ICTs within the limit of ethical transparent and responsible parameters set out and organize conferences or seminars for all employees in the organize conferences or seminars for all employees in the organization on quarterly basis to sensitize them on the need to use ICTs in entrenching ethically transparent and responsible behaviours/practices in the organization.
