Using Moringa leaf extract as biostimulant and giberrellic acid for enhancing Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare var. azoricum mill.) growth and oil yield
Transformational leadership has been proven to not only be effective in organizational settings but also within the educational realm. Nurse educators can use the principles of this leadership model in their practice to enhance student learning and success. Through inspirational motivation, idealized influence, individual consideration, and intellectual stimulation nurse educators can find guidance in moving their students forward to achieve the vision they have in becoming a nurse. Working in conjunction with the other three components, each aspect of transformational leadership is discussed in detail as well as how it relates to nursing education.
Key characteristics and strategies for educators to utilize are discussed as well as the phenomenon of academic incivility. Nurse educators are urged to be cognizant of this phenomenon and strategies to prevent and eliminate incivility are also discussed.

A particular collection of service time distributions parameters study and impact in some M|G|∞ system busy period and busy cycle parameters
The problems arising when the moments of service time distributions, for which the M|G|∞ queue system busy period and busy cycle become very easy to study, are presented and it is shown how to overcome them. The busy cycle renewal function and the “peakedness” and the “modified peakedness” for the M|G|∞ busy period and busy cycle in the case of those service time distributions are also computed.

The dynamics of carbon dioxide sequestration related to the stocked stands of tropical forest in Central Kalimantan
The purpose of the research is to measure the dynamics of biomass, carbon and CO2 sequestration related to the stocked stands with liberation and non-liberation treatment on the permanent sample plot of PT. Indexim Utama’s IUPHHK-HA year 2011 - 2015. The estimation of stocked stands biomass storage above and below ground biomass/roots used Brown’s allometric equation (1997) and Indonesian National Standard or SNI 7724 (2011). Meanwhile, the estimation of carbon storage and CO2 sequestration used the equation of SNI 7724 (2011) dan IPCC (2006). These dynamics are calculated by using Stock-Difference method (IPCC, 2006). The result of the observation shows the average biomass, carbon, and CO2 of the stocked stands with liberation treatment during 4 years were about 13.28 ton/ha/year; 6.24 tonC/ha/year; 22.91 tonCO2/ha/year. Meanwhile the biomass storage rate, carbon, and CO2 sequestration of the stocked stands observed with non-liberation treatment were about 10.75 ton/ha/years; 5.04 tonC/ha, and 18.49 tonCO2/ha/year.

Traumatic brain injury: impact on veterans
Traumatic brain injury (TBI) is a frequent but under diagnosed condition that is associated with a number of comorbidities. It affects countless numbers of servicemen and women who were in combat in Iraq (Operation Iraqi Freedom) and Afghanistan (Operation Enduring Freedom). TBI is a disturbance of normal brain function that occurs when the head is suddenly thrust out of position. It can be a closed or open injury. It affects the ability to think effectively. TBI co-occurs with chronic pain, PTSD, and suicide. It is unique to the individual and can present with an array of different symptoms. The pain usually manifests as a headache, nociceptive pain, or neuropathic pain. This pain usually ranges from moderate to severe. Post traumatic disorder is the result of exposure to a severe stressor that threatens one’s life or physical integrity. OEF/OIF service members were exposed to high rates of trauma therefore developing Posttraumatic disorder. PTSD and depression are major mental health concerns for the patient diagnosed with traumatic brain injury. Traumatic brain injury in conjunction with chronic pain, PTSD and depression can be devastating. Veterans have a higher rate of suicide than the general population, therefore those with those with dual diagnoses are at highest risk. Clinical awareness is crucial in promoting overall well-being for these patients.

The rentability of insurance companies in Indonesia stock exchange depends on working capital and its activities
The purpose of this study was to analyze the level of influence between working capital and rentability ratios activity against insurance companies registered in Indonesia stock exchange, either partially or simultaneously. Samples were secondary data from the financial statements of 12 insurance companies registered in the Indonesian stock exchange in the last three years, in order to obtain the number of 36 samples. It was analyzed by linear regression and using tools SPSS software. The simultaneous and variable working capital resulted in significant effect on the activity ratio rentability of companies with a determination coefficient of 0.697. Partially, variable working capital and ratio of activity have significant effect on rentability with a regression coefficient of 0.582 and 0.483 respectively.

Chaos and complexity in the fisheries management context
Chaos Theory and nonlinear dynamic systems’ models huge importance is recognized beyond any kind of considerations in the most varied research fields. Chaos Theory contributes very significantly to the study of marine systems and fish stocks’ preservation. In this paper are presented clues to manage fisheries in view of chaos contextualization. Particularly, when applied in the situation of ecological systems, especially in the context of fisheries, highlights its recognition in the explanation of fishing phenomena.

Model-based green management with balanced scorecard perspective for cooperatives
The purpose of this research is to know the influence of balanced scorecard (BSC) variable based Green Management which sustainable and synergized with Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) as a means of planning future strategy in business process. This study uses a Likert scale with 100 samples for using maximum likelihood estimation technique to formulate 6 hypotheses based on the BSC perspective, excellence Green Management. The results showed 4 significant variables and 2 not significant variables, learning variable (X1) is not significant to Internal Business Process (Y1) and Green Management (Y4) is not significant to Sustainable Competitive Advantage (Y6) with mathematics model equations as follows Y5 = 0.07 X1 + 0.15 X2, the process of mathematical equations through three processes namely measurement, structural and modification.
