Madrasa junior high school: the leadership of the headmaster and the performance of the teachers
The headmaster can bring the progress of the school to a better direction. The success or failure of a school headmaster is not only determined by himself, but is also determined by the accumulation of all the subsystems involved, namely the headmaster with a set of competencies, subordinate characteristics, the situation and conditions of the school organization, the cooperation of all school members and their environmental conditions. His leadership provides strategies for developing certain methods or tips applied by the headmaster to achieve the goals of the school organization. This strategy is able to improve the performance of teachers in all school organizations in the following aspects: a) the effectiveness of the education process, b) the growth of strong school leadership, c) effective management of education personnel, d) quality culture, e) cohesive team work, intelligent and dynamic, f) independence, g) participation of school members and the community, h) transparency of management in the discourse of democratic education, i) ability to change, j) evaluation and continuous improvement, k) responsiveness to needs, l) accountability.
