Major challenges and obstacles facing digital repositories in the digital era
In light of the technological and digital revolution and heavy dependence on digital resources, digital data saving has become a vital means that helps to keep and save intellectual productions. In fact, the digital repositories are one of the most important devices and records that contribute to the perpetuation of intellectual and scientific life. This paper aimed at shedding light on the challenges facing digital repositories, especially in light of the immense and continuous increase of data. It tries to identify those challenges and determine the solutions that can contribute to face them.
The lack of independent and detailed studies that tackled the challenges and focused on practical solutions was the reason behind conducting this paper. It targets collecting the related intellectual production and identifying the shortcomings and what is needed to be studied in the future, especially in light of big data and its impact on the continuity and development of digital repositories.
The survey methodology was used to gather studies and related literature and thus generalize the benefit and try to propose solutions. 15 Arab and foreign studies were covered which is estimated to contribute to achieving the goal of identifying the challenges facing digital repositories.
After reviewing Arab and foreign related literature and studies, the main results that came out of this paper, especially in light of the huge data, focused on the following challenges of digital repositories: intellectual property rights, the lack of qualified staff for content management, and huge budgets. A number of studies have suggested an approach to utilize modern technology and cloud computing to solve storage and saving problems. Others, however, considered cloud computing itself as one of the challenges of digital repositories. Some studies have emphasized the need to define a unified global policy for building digital repositories in light of Data ever-growing enormous size and the information and technical revolution, since the ultimate challenge was not due to technical and infrastructure problems.
This paper recommended the necessity of conducting specialized studies in finding applicable solutions to address the challenges and the optimal use of fuzzy logic and artificial intelligence techniques, the reduction of the dependence on the human component, and the reduction of the budgets of the salaries and training of employees to make them restricted only to building a strong infrastructure.

In house training for elementary school teachers for attitude assessment in Katingan regency
Pedagogic competencies inherent in the teaching profession are conducting assessment and evaluation of learning processes and outcomes and utilizing the results of assessment and evaluation for the benefit of learning. The teacher competency formulation above explains that in addition to carrying out their obligations as teachers, elementary school teachers must also conduct learning assessments. Attitude assessment in Indonesia based on the 2013 curriculum is carried out through observation, self-assessment, and peer assessment techniques using instruments in the form of a checklist or rating scale equipped with a rubric, while the journal method is in the form of notes. It is hoped that the assessment of student attitudes can be fulfilled through every technique applied by the teacher. Improvements for the assessment of learning outcomes were implemented again, related to attitude assessment which obliged teachers to do the main focus of assessment with observation techniques that were equipped with instruments so that it became valid evidence and the final result was described as the main indicator for aspects of attitude that must be observed and could be developed in accordance with needs and material taught. The observation instrument made must include indicators of the observed attitude accompanied by observation time.

Social skills training
As many as one-fifth of school-age children have, or are at risk of having, emotional and behavioral disorders, which cause academic, social, and behavioral difficulties and prevent them from having authentic and healthy relationships with peers and adults. By assessing students’ social skills deficits, teachers and school personnel can develop a plan to teach the missing skills and replacement behaviors the students need. Many methods have been found to facilitate social skills learning, including direct and explicit instruction, social and emotional learning programs, and integration of social skills training into academic content lessons. Efforts made to teach emotional and behavioral skills impact not only their social and academic lives as students but, more importantly, their futures as adults. Without these critical skills, students will transition into adulthood with the same emotional/behavioral struggles, for example, ineffective communication, impulsive decision-making, inability to attain goals, and failure to protect themselves. Students with emotional and behavior disorders who gain these skill sets and replace their maladaptive patterns of behavior have a higher probability of achieving relational and vocational success as adults.

The influence of the supervision of headmaster on teacher performance in Katingan regency
Teacher performance is largely linked to the low quality of education. Teachers as social beings also need other needs to be able to work well. To be able to think and work optimally in their work, teachers are greatly influenced by the work environment in which they are located as well as professional school headmasters. The headmaster is a person who is responsible for all school activities. The school headmaster has full authority and responsibility to carry out all educational activities in the school environment he leads. In addition to the problem of leadership which is a characteristic in carrying out tasks, on the other hand there is the duty of the headmaster to supervise. Every supervision activity carried out by a supervisor contains objectives to be achieved. The goals to be achieved are of course related to the objectives of supervision which are closely related to the goals of education in schools. Supervision activities are able to realize its function as a process of improving teacher quality through activities that emphasize self-realization, self-growth, and self-development. Thus, teacher performance is greatly influenced by the supervision of the headmaster.
